Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third person known to you, who is not the forwarding agent, have gained possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you have to inform us (Meisterdrucke, Hausergasse 21 - 25, 9500 Villach, Tel.: 0043 699 12 13 11 03, email: office-(@)-meisterdrucke.com) through a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached cancellation form template, however this is not mandatory. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the message about exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period ends.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, then we are obligated to refund any payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred because you chose a different delivery type than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days after the day we received the message regarding your cancellation of this contract at the latest. We will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction to pay you back; unless something else was explicitly agreed with you; in no case will we charge any fees from you for this refund. We can refuse the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you present proof that you sent the goods back to us, whichever happens first. You have to send or give the goods back to us immediately, at the latest within 14 days from the day you notify us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods out before the period of 14 days is over. You will have to cover the immediate costs for sending back the goods. The costs depend on the transport company and type of delivery. You will only have to cover a possible loss in value for the goods if this loss in value can be attributed to any handling of the goods by you that wasn't necessary for testing the quality, features and functionality of the goods.

The Right of Cancellation Does not Apply to the Following Contracts

Contracts for delivering the goods that are not prefabricated and which require an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer.
